This place was a strong match for a swift stopover in Morelia with great value for the money. The heated swimming pool was a nice surprise after a long day. Try to get a room away from the hall for more privacy.

Staff were very attentive and welcoming during my stay. The queen room I booked offered comfortable beds, though the room itself had a somewhat outdated appearance. Unfortunately, I couldn't open the windows for fresh air, which made the room feel a bit closed off at times. The pool area was clean and inviting, perfect for a refreshing swim after a busy day. Breakfast included a decent selection, but I found some of the food quality lacking freshness.

Had an awesome group trip here! We loved the garden area with the pool, perfect for unwinding after our adventures. The nearby zoo was a hit, especially for the animal lovers. Plus, we enjoyed watching our favorite shows on the big TV in the room. Definitely recommend it!

However, the stale air in the handicapped accessible room detracted from the experience, and the shower plumbing was quite confusing, making it difficult to shower properly. While breakfast had a decent selection, I opted out most days. Overall, the stay was satisfactory, but improvements are needed in certain areas.
